The conference day committee is dedicated to creating, managing, visualizing, and organizing the conference day details and content from A to Z.

Goals of the Conference Day Committee:

  • Delivering a carefully curated holistic, exceptional, and rich experience for GSR participants and visitors
  • Ideate and organize the GSR main program and offerings

Sub-teams:

Hackathon Track Team

To establish a premier platform that bridges the gap between academia and industry, fostering innovation, collaborative problem-solving, and the development of real-world, impactful solutions.

Research Track Team

Shapes scientific content by setting research topics and categories. It establishes a consultation committee of experts, identifies overlaps between global priorities and KFUPM’s strengths, develops a research track framework, and curates keynote speakers.

Exhibition and Visual Design Track Team

Provide immersive interactive experiences, introduce unique poster exhibitions and ensure a cohesive, visual experience, matching the themes

To create a vibrant and inclusive conference at KFUPM that fosters meaningful connections, celebrates diverse cultures, and facilitates enriching exchanges.
