The Finance Committee ensures the strategic allocation and meticulous management of financial resources to support the successful execution of the Global Student Research Conference.

Financial Requesting Team

This team is responsible for managing and processing all financial requests from various committees, ensuring that funds are allocated promptly and according to the approved budget. They facilitate the flow of resources needed to meet the conference’s objectives.

Auditing Team

The Auditing Team oversees the review and verification of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations. They work to maintain the integrity and accuracy of financial records through regular audits and evaluations.

Reporting Team

The Reporting Team is tasked with compiling and presenting financial data in a clear and concise manner. They prepare regular reports that provide insights into the financial health of the conference, supporting informed decision-making by the leadership.

This experience has honed my ability to consider alternate scenarios and apply key actuarial concepts such as risk assessment, ensuring that financial planning is both robust and adaptable to potential challenges.
