Submission & Abstract Guidelines
Can I submit my work (abstract, etc.)?
Yes, submissions are open for research work in the form of abstracts, as per the provided guidelines on the official platform.
I submitted my work (Ex. extended abstract). When will I receive the decision?
Final acceptance and rejection notifications will be announced in July.

What if my abstract exceeds the word limit?
The abstract must follow the specified word limit. References should be included separately at the end of the submission file and are not part of the word count.
Where should references be included?
References must be placed at the end of the submission file, not in the submission text box.
Are there specific requirements for referees?
No specific affiliation is required. Referee details (if requested) should be included within the submitted file, not in the text fields.
Participation & Eligibility
Who is eligible to participate?
Participation is open to students who have conducted research at different academic levels, including high school, undergraduate (primary focus), master’s, and PhD. However, the main focus of the conference is on undergraduate research.
Can international students participate and present their abstracts online?
At the moment, online participation for international students is not available. This option may be considered in future editions, subject to budget and logistics.

When are the key dates (registration, results, conference)?
All timeline details, including registration period, acceptance announcements, and conference date, are available on the official website. Please refer to it for the latest updates.
Special Cases
What if I am unable to participate after submitting my work?
If you are unable to participate for any reason, you may submit a formal withdrawal request by sending an email to the official conference email (####) with the subject: Withdrawal Request – [Your ID], and include all information (Ex. Submitted abstract, etc.) in the email.
Publication
Can I publish my work through the conference?
The conference itself does not directly publish papers. Currently, publication opportunities are available primarily for undergraduate students.

Can high school, master’s, or PhD students submit to JURI?
No. JURI publication opportunities are limited to undergraduate students only.
Is my work automatically submitted to JURI when I apply to the conference?
No. Submission to JURI is not automatic. Participants must apply to JURI separately during the second phase if they got Acceptance to the conference, when the JURI form will be sent to them.
If I am accepted in the conference, does that guarantee my acceptance in JURI?
No. Acceptance to the conference does not guarantee acceptance in JURI.
JURI has its own independent review and selection process.
Financial Support
Is financial aid available?
Financial support is not guaranteed at this stage. If funding becomes available, selected participants will be notified after acceptance in July.
