Goals of the Logistics & Operations Committee:
- Achieve at least 80% attendee satisfaction through seamless event logistics and execution.
- Ensure GSR logistics and event information are publicly visible and accessible online.
- Foster strong connections and effective communication among all team members.
- Apply key logistics concepts to continuously improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

Venue & Transportation Management:
Oversee venue arrangements, transportation, and catering to create a seamless event environment.

Asset & Supply Chain Oversight:
Manage physical assets, storage, inventory, and quality checks to ensure supplies meet required
standards

On-Site Operations & Internal Infrastructure:
Coordinate on-site logistics, participant and attendee arrangements, and overall internal operational
readiness.

Headquarters Maintenance:
Maintain and manage the GSR headquarters, ensuring it supports event preparation and internal
communication
