Establish a dynamic center for content creators that leverages GSR’s structure and support to foster resource sharing, skill development, and collaborative creative projects. This hub aims to transform creative visions into reality by offering training, resources, and opportunities for students to innovate and lead in multimedia and visual content creation.

Creative Support & Strategy Team

Core Role: Oversees request intake, strategy, and coordination across all teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Accept and assign creative requests from GSR committees and partners

Coordinate workflows across all creative tracks

Develop training, workshops, and resource materials

Ensure alignment with GSR’s strategic vision

Lead the Hub’s outreach and marketing efforts

Content Creation Track:

Core Role: Develops written and multimedia content in response to official requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Write captions, articles, scripts, and content for campaigns

Align messaging with requester goals and GSR’s tone

Collaborate with design and media teams on integrated projects

Guide team members through content development
-
Respond to internal and external content creation needs

Visual Media Production Track

Core Role: Produces high-quality photos and videos based on coverage requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture and edit visual content for GSR events and campaigns

Ensure quality, consistency, and creativity in outputs

Collaborate with design and content teams

Maintain an archive of visual assets

Mentor members in photography, videography, and editing

Design Track:

Core Role: Delivers impactful visuals and branding materials upon request.

Key Responsibilities:

Design graphics, posters, and visual assets for various campaigns

Ensure alignment with branding and visual guidelines

Coordinate with other teams on joint deliverables

Assign tasks based on member skills and availability

Develop reusable design systems and templates
