Supporting Documentation Manager:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive abstract templates, guidelines, and instructions for
    student submissions
  •  Develop multimedia tutorials and walkthroughs to guide students through the
    registration and content creation process.
  •  Curate a library of resources, such as writing tips, citation styles, and data visualization
    best practices.

Website Content Strategist:
  • Develop and manage the content strategy for the committee's website and digital platforms
  •  Collaborate closely with the Supporting Documentation Manager to integrate relevant
    resources and updates.

Financial Aid Coordinator:
  • Develop clear guidelines and eligibility criteria for financial assistance programs
  •  Monitor budget allocations and work with related committees to optimize the financial
    aid program.

IRCs Engagement Coordinator
  •  Serve as the primary liaison between the committee and the university’s
    Interdisciplinary Research Centers. (IRCs) at the university.
  •  Gather feedback and insights from IRC stakeholders to continuously improve the
    committee's offerings and processes.

Publications & Proceedings Manager:
  • Oversee the process for publishing proceedings, research highlights, and extended
    papers.
  • Work with academic publishers, journals, and indexing platforms to increase research
    visibility.
