The Tech Committee is responsible for providing technical support to ensure the best experience for the conference and creating a robust virtual event infrastructure .
Goals of the Technology Committee:
- Develop and Maintain the Conference Website.
- Utilize AI for Enhanced Efficiency and User Experience.
- Facilitate Virtual Participation and Engagement.
- Ensure Security, Reliability, and Innovation of Tech Infrastructure.
Committee Roles:
Website Development Team
Design, develop, and maintain a responsive, user-friendly conference website and integrate necessary features
like registration, schedule, and paper submission.
UI/UX Team
Create engaging, intuitive interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience across all digital platforms, and conduct
user research and usability testing to refine designs.
Virtual Conference Team
Build and manage a scalable virtual conference platform with Implementation of features such as live streaming
and interactive features, and offering training for users on how to use the virtual platform.
Tech Support Team:
Provide technical guidelines for using conference-related technologies, ensure secure and smooth operation,
and offer technical support before and during the conference.
