When should I expect review decisions?
Decisions will be made on a rolling basis.
Can I submit more than one abstract?
Yes, you can contribute to GSR with multiple research submissions.
What is the deadline for resubmitting a revised abstract?
The deadline for resubmitting the revised abstract is 15 November 2024.
Who will decide the abstract presentation format?
Your preference will be considered, but reviewers may suggest a different format that best showcases your research.
When should I submit the presentation materials?
The deadline for submitting poster and oral presentation materials is 5 February 2025.
Can I submit the abstracts previously presented?
Previously published abstracts are allowed if there is a significant update or expansion of the original research.
