Goals of the Tech Committee:

  • Develop and Maintain the Conference Website.
  • Utilize AI for Enhanced Efficiency and User Experience.
  • Facilitate Virtual Participation and Engagement.
  • Ensure Security, Reliability, and Innovation of Tech Infrastructure.

Sub-teams:

Website Development Team

Design, develop, and maintain a responsive, user-friendly conference website and integrate necessary features

like registration, schedule, and paper submission.

UI/UX Team

Create engaging, intuitive interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience across all digital platforms, and conduct

user research and usability testing to refine designs.

Virtual Conference Team

Build and manage a scalable virtual conference platform with Implementation of features such as live streaming

and interactive features, and offering training for users on how to use the virtual platform.

Tech Support Team:

Provide technical guidelines for using conference-related technologies, ensure secure and smooth operation,

and offer technical support before and during the conference.

Working with such a wonderful team with blowing and creative minds on tasks such as designing the conference website, conference day technical support, and more and more tech staff has enriched my mind with essential skills such as planning, marketing, and most importantly, problem solving.
