Marketing and Outreach Member
  • Develop the creative ideas for the marketing campaigns. Work with the content and design teams to turn
    these ideas into posts, videos, and other materials. Ensures all campaigns match the event’s goals and
    style
  • Leads communication with local and international institutions to spread awareness about the hackathon
    and attract applicants. Contacts student clubs and university departments to encourage participation and
    build partnerships

Design & Content Member
  • Responsible for creating visual materials and written content. This includes designing graphics, posters,
    social media posts, and writing engaging copy that aligns with the event’s brand and message

Public Relations Member
  • Responsible for managing communication and building professional relationships with external
    organizations. This role includes coordinating meetings, sharing important information, and representing
    the hackathon professionally to maintain strong and effective partnerships. The team ensures clear, timely,
    and respectful communication that supports the event’s overall goals

Beneficiary Member
  • Supports participants, mentors, and judges throughout the hackathon. Responsible for ensuring a smooth
    and well-guided journey by providing clear instructions, managing timelines, and helping all involved stay
    aligned with the event’s roadmap. Ideal for applicants who are organized, communicative, and enjoy
    providing hands-on support.

Judging Member
  • Works closely with experts to develop fair and transparent evaluation criteria. Assists in coordinating
    judging activities, ensuring judges are well-prepared and supported during the review process. This role is
    suitable for applicants with strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage high
    stakes interactions.

Technical Support Member
  • Provides technical assistance to participants, mentors, and team members. Tasks include managing digital
    tools, handling email and certificate automation, and resolving technical issues promptly—especially in
    hybrid or virtual setups. Ideal for applicants with strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and
    calmness under pressure.
